All other classes of insurance being non-tariff are not bound by any guidelines when it comes to the premium, therefore IEM Office Pack Fire Insurance is a specially designed insurance program for Consulting Engineers and maybe Contractors who operate from an office environment. It is special because it contains 8 classes of insurance within a single policy and the premium is very competitive.
