IEM Training Centre Sdn. Bhd, formerly known as Instem Sdn. Bhd. is a 100% owned subsidiary and business arm of Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). It was registered with the Registrar of Companies on 22 September 1984. The authorized capital is RM 1,000,000  and the paid up capital was RM 100,000.
